Podexpress, is a company in behalf of Dubandi-FZCO, ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our podcast equipment rentals, studio bookings, and other services. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
 

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:
 

1. Equipment Rentals
  • Damaged or Malfunctioning Equipment: If the equipment provided is faulty or does not function as intended, you must notify us immediately upon receipt, via WhatsApp to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Cancellation before delivery:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations are made at least one hour before the scheduled delivery time.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made during delivery may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental price.

  • No refunds: Cancellations made immediately upon delivery or afterward.
     

2. Studio Bookings
  • Cancellation conditions:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations are made at least 6 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the session may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.

  • No refunds: cancellations if delivery has already taken place. 

  • Unsatisfactory conditions: If the studio does not meet the agreed standards (e.g. has technical problems or unavailable amenities), you may be entitled to a partial or full refund depending on the severity of the problem.
     

3. Other Services

Refunds for other services, such as consulting or training sessions, will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support (at) podexpress.ae to discuss your specific situation.
 

Non-Refundable Items and Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Subsequent errors in rented equipment.

  • Damage to the equipment in your possession.

  • Failure to appear at an agreed handover location or for a studio session without prior cancellation. cancellation.

  • Incorrect or partially incorrect delivery address or if the recipient is not found at the agreed delivery address.

  • Services already provided or partially completed.

To request a refund:

  2. Provide Documentation: Include any relevant photos, receipts, or evidence to support your claim.

  3. Examination period: We will process your concern directly and suggest a solution to you.
     

Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider.
